Preston Rentals’s SuperCrane fleet features state-of-the-art models selected to create minimum impact on a work environment while offering maximum impact in terms of lifting capacities. With a strong focus on mini crawlers, Preston Rentals continues to expand its fleet with new models and capabilities.
John Krane, Preston Rental’s Crane Manager, joined the business in 2020. With 25+ year career in the crane and rigging industry, he is excited to launch a new fleet of cranes of the business and demonstrate how the Preston Rentals way of operating will benefit so many businesses.
“As a rental company, we recognised the opportunity to expand our focus from our core product, our SuperDeck retractable loading platform system, to also provide our customers with a range of quality cranes for rent. Our fleet offers industry-leading innovations that provide superior lifting capabilities in compact work environments and with a variety of power options.”
“Our crane capabilities allow us to service a range of markets including the commercial and residential high-rise construction sectors helping with steel installation, plant construction & maintenance, façade work general construction and anywhere that crane access is a challenge. Add to the mix they are super lightweight, making them ideal for when a crane is required on a suspended slab, and have impressive lifting capacities; it is clear to see why our fleet will be a game-changer in this category.”
“As the world leader in mini crane and spyder crane applications, Preston Rentals’ philosophy is to offer the most current technology from Best-In-Class manufacturers.’’
Preston Rentals prides itself in being a versatile solutions provider. The rental experience at Preston Rentals includes value-added support options such as lift planning, orientations and project-specific surveys & consultations.
“A lot of major construction sites don’t necessarily need the winches of the crane turning eight or nine hours of the day, a crane may only be required for a couple of hours lifting a day. Contractors don’t want a single skilled operator not maximising their skillset and keeping busy. We’ve put together a team of professionals with a wealth of experience from every aspect of the crane industry from 1 ton to 2,500. Whether it’s indoors, on the water or elevated surface, our team’s experience sets us apart.”
Preston Rentals operates five major branches across the country located in Nevada, Texas, California, Tennessee and a recent opening in Colorado. This network of branches allows the team to service the country and transport equipment as needed by customers.
Ensuring the mix of the Preston Rentals fleet matches the needs from customers will always be a priority for the business, said Krane. “We are certainly ensuring that the assets we have in the fleet and the assets we are looking to purchase in the coming months, fall in line with the opportunities these projects present.”
“I’m confident in our SuperCrane fleet and know we have in place the right levels of range, capabilities, servicing, transport and safety to make a difference. We work hard, listen, learn and are committed to getting the job done for our customers. We say our customers can count on us and we mean it.”
